What Our Clients Have Said

We took our cat to EBVE. It was the first time we went there and the service couldn't have been better. Everything was explained in advance, estimates were given prior to treatment, and the staff was very caring. We wished they were a regular vet. Our cat was treated well and is recovering. He is not a happy cat with his collar on, but he is obviously much happier and comfortable and so are we. So far, so good. I will go back there if I need emergency care again.

Our little toy poodle Bijou had a dental procedure and had aspirated something into her lung. When we brought her home her breathing was so labored I knew something was really wrong. It was after hours for our regular vet, so I called EBVE. They wanted us to bring her right in. They x-rayed her and her left lung was full of fluid. They put her into an oxygen chamber, and we had to leave her overnight. It was so hard to just leave, but we knew she would be looked after all night long, and that was what she needed. She ended up spending 3 days there, but the staff welcomed us anytime we wanted to come in and visit her, and they took such good care of her. I'm so glad that this facility is here within just a few minutes of where we live. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet emergency--they're the best!
